❓ Frequently asked questions
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. Thanks to Bluetooth 5.1 it works on iPhone as well as Android and Windows. Use an OBD2 app that supports it, such as Car Scanner. If you prefer WiFi, see the ELM327 WiFi V1.5.
What does double PCB mean?
A double-layer circuit board. It is sturdier, spreads heat better and gives fewer connection errors than single-layer boards.
V1.5 or V2.1 — what is the difference?
V1.5 with the PIC18F25K80 chip is more stable. Many cheap V2.1 units on the market use low-quality chips.
Will it work on my car?
Most petrol cars built after 1996 follow the OBD2 standard. Diesel is not supported. If you are unsure, message us your car's make, model and year on WhatsApp.
